3. Orders & Payment

  • AutoProz reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
  • Full payment is required before order dispatch, except for approved Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • COD orders are subject to availability and must be confirmed before dispatch.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • AutoProz is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • AutoProz reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
