At AutoProz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all accessories included
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
- The item is not damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accident
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed or used
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items without original packaging or missing parts
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
🔄 Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- We offer exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or defective items.
- To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement within 2–3 business days.
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
💰 Refund Process
- Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank account, etc.).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
📦 How to Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@autoproz.com.au with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return address.
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send your replacement.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty or incorrect items: AutoProz will cover the return shipping cost.
- Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service as AutoProz is not responsible for lost return parcels.
🔧 Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
- Do not attempt to install a damaged item — this may void your return eligibility.
