At AutoProz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all accessories included
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accident

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items without original packaging or missing parts
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • We offer exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or defective items.
  • To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement within 2–3 business days.
  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank account, etc.).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

📦 How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@autoproz.com.au with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send your replacement.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or incorrect items: AutoProz will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service as AutoProz is not responsible for lost return parcels.

🔧 Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
  • Do not attempt to install a damaged item — this may void your return eligibility.
