At AutoProz, we make paying for your order as simple and secure as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our accepted payment methods and checkout process.


💳 Accepted Payment Methods

1. Credit & Debit Cards

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  • Your card is charged at the time of order placement.
  • All card transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

2. PayPal

  • Pay safely using your PayPal account or via PayPal Guest Checkout with any card.
  • PayPal offers additional buyer protection for international orders.

3. Bank Transfer

  • Direct bank transfer is available for selected regions.
  • Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed (usually within 1–2 business days).
  • Please email your payment receipt to support@autoproz.com.au after transfer.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected countries and regions.
  • Your order will be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • COD orders that are refused at delivery may result in a blacklisting from future COD orders.

5. Shop Pay / Buy Now Pay Later

  • Eligible customers can use Shop Pay Installments to split payments into easy installments.
  • Available at checkout where applicable.

  • All transactions on AutoProz are protected by SSL encryption.
  • We do not store your card details on our servers.
  • Our checkout is powered by Shopify Payments — one of the most trusted ecommerce payment platforms in the world.

🌍 Currency

  • All prices on AutoProz are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollar) by default.
  • International customers may see prices converted to their local currency at checkout.
  • Your bank or PayPal may apply a currency conversion fee — please check with your provider.

  • Please ensure your billing address matches the address registered with your bank or payment provider.
  • Incorrect billing details may result in payment failure or order delays.
  • A payment confirmation email will be sent to you after successful checkout.
